Slalom seeks a Corporate Strategist to join our Strategy team in Raleigh. You will lead enterprise and business-unit strategies, build roadmaps, and drive client outcomes through structured analysis and thoughtful storytelling.

You will mentor junior strategists, shape project plans, and contribute to thought leadership on emerging trends. This role emphasizes collaboration, execution, and delivering measurable value for clients across industries.

Qualifications

3+ years of big 4 consulting background.
Experience and demonstrated leadership in Business Strategy and Process Optimization.
Includes: Growth strategy, financial analysis, value stream mapping and executive communication.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop and deliver enterprise and business-unit strategies to drive outcomes.
Direct complex assessments for dynamic, innovative industries.
Coach teams through research, data gathering, analysis and narrative.
Provide perspectives on emerging trends and client opportunities.
Build client strategy capabilities and roadmaps for long-term success.
Mentor Strategists and lead strategy communities.
Create project plans, staffing, and timelines aligned to client goals.
