Job summary

Stratom, Inc. seeks a Head of Growth and Corporate Strategy to lead growth initiatives and build relationships with federal customers and partners. You will work directly with the CEO to identify high-value opportunities and drive pursuits from concept to contract.

This role shapes growth across the business development lifecycle. Ideal candidates bring DoD and government engagement experience, a track record of strategic planning, and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Entrepreneurship, Organizational Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in business growth, strategic planning, business development, capture management, or related roles.
• Experience developing and executing corporate growth strategies, partnerships, and capture initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with ability to translate customer needs into actionable strategies.
• Experience leading proposal development and coordinating cross-functional teams through capture lifecycle.
