Qualifications

• Senior content/editorial background in B2B or marketing services.
• Growth mindset: tying content to pipeline performance.
• Proven ability to manage producers, editors and designers.

Responsibilities

• Produce prospect-relevant white papers and collateral with BI and account teams.
• Own branded collateral: decks, one-pagers, case studies and a unified visual identity.
• Build social/video content engine: LinkedIn, video content and podcast plans with recommendations.
• Operate AI-native workflows to multiply output without padding work.
• Map content to funnel stage and ICP; avoid content for its own sake.
• Direct production and manage producers, editors, and designers to scale output.
