Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, product operations, payments, fintech, risk, or similar cross-functional roles.
• Strong understanding of payments infrastructure, payment methods, network rules, or merchant payment flows.
• Experience working with Product and Engineering to launch or improve systems, workflows, or controls.

Aufgaben

• Lead cross-functional programs that enable new products, markets, payment methods, partner integrations, and network programs to launch compliantly and at scale.
• Drive end-to-end execution for growth initiatives from problem definition through launch, monitoring and post-launch optimization.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define business requirements, operational models, control needs, and system enhancements.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Partnerships, Legal, Risk, and regional stakeholders to align on launch readiness and ownership.
• Identify gaps between business ambition and network or partner requirements, and design pragmatic solutions.
• Develop and maintain program plans, decision logs, milestones, and governance routines.
