Job summary

You will advise on regulatory matters, collaborate with legal and risk teams, and drive process improvements across global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in compliance, regulatory, or risk roles within financial services.
• Deep knowledge of card issuing and banking products for merchant and platform customers.
• Solid understanding of financial crime, scheme, and regulatory risks in payments/banking.
• Familiar with regulatory/licensing requirements governing fintechs and North America.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Work with Commercial teams to drive growth of financial products from a compliance lens.
• Provide senior-level advice on complex compliance matters related to acquiring, banking, issuing and other financial services products.
• Collaborate with legal, risk, scheme, and operations to manage AML/CFT, regulatory and scheme obligations.
• Support expansion and maintenance of Prohibited and Restricted List for issuing and banking products.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements in compliance workflows.
• Contribute to escalation frameworks and cross-functional collaboration across global teams.
