Adyen is seeking a Compliance Officer for Growth Programs who will drive cross-functional programs enabling new products, markets, and payment methods while ensuring compliance at scale. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Commercial to translate network needs into scalable programs and governance.

This role is based in the United States with relocation support where needed; you’ll operate across global teams, manage blockers, and build repeatable frameworks that protect value

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management, product operations, payments, fintech, risk, or similar cross-functional roles.
• Strong understanding of payments infrastructure, payment methods, network rules, or merchant payment flows.
• Experience launching or improving systems, workflows, or controls with Product and Engineering.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with structured planning and risk management.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional programs to launch new products, markets, payment methods, and partner integrations.
• Drive end-to-end execution from problem definition through launch and post-launch optimization.
• Define business requirements, operational models, and system enhancements with Product and Engineering.
• Coordinate readiness, testing, and reviews for complex initiatives with global impact.
• Build documentation, training materials, and playbooks to improve efficiency.
• Track metrics and outcomes to ensure value and control compliance.
