• Strong knowledge of payments infrastructure and merchant payment flows.
• Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Excellent planning, risk management, and follow-through.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to influence without authority.
• Bias toward scalable automation and operating efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs enabling new products, markets, and payment methods.
• Drive end-to-end execution from requirements gathering to launch and optimization.
• Define business requirements, operational models, and control needs with partners.
• Coordinate with Legal, Risk, and regional teams on launch readiness and dependencies.
• Develop program plans, milestones, and governance routines.
• Create repeatable frameworks for evaluating merchant use cases.
