Job summary

DealHub Ltd. seeks a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy and operations for a fast-growing wealth management firm. You will own capital planning, reporting to the founder/CEO, and partner with the board on growth and acquisitions.

The role is hands-on, requiring a track record in M&A, debt and equity raises, and scaling finance functions. You will build the team, systems, and controls to support rapid growth and regulatory needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in finance with senior leadership experience at a growth-focused company.
• Hands-on M&A experience: modeling, diligence, structuring, and integration.
• Proven track record raising capital and managing lender/investor relationships.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Experience building a finance function: close, controls, systems and team.
• Clear communicator with the CEO, board and lenders.
• CPA, CFA or MBA credentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead debt and equity raises to fund acquisitions and manage lender relationships.
• Build valuation and deal models; oversee due diligence and integration.
• Own budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning; monitor key metrics.
• Oversee accounting, payroll, audit and controls; scale finance team.
