The Quest Organization Inc. is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy and operations for a fast-growing, nationally recognized wealth management firm in the New York area.

You will own planning, capital formation, and the integration of acquisitions, while presenting timely insights to the board, founder and senior leadership. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for the finance team and controls.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in finance with senior leadership experience.
• Hands-on M&A: modeling, due diligence, structuring and integration.
• Proven track record raising capital and managing lender/investor relationships.
• CPA, CFA or MBA is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead debt and equity raises to fund acquisitions and manage lender relationships and covenants.
• Build valuation and deal models; lead financial due diligence and integration of acquisitions.
• Own budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning; oversee monthly close and key metrics.
• Partner with accounting, tax and compliance to scale controls and the finance function.
