The ideal candidate has 10+ years of progressive finance leadership, strong budgeting/forecasting, and the ability to build scalable systems in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance, accounting, or financial leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, cash flow management, and business performance analysis.
• Experience advising senior leadership and translating financial data into business recommendations.
• Ability to improve processes, build scalable systems, and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in a law firm, professional services organization, or other complex operating environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, and internal controls.
• Develop financial models, performance metrics, and reporting processes to support strategic decisions.
• Monitor profitability, operating expenses, financial performance, and resource allocation.
• Partner with executive leadership on business planning, growth initiatives, and financial strategy.
• Strengthen financial systems, policies, and processes as the organization expands.
• Oversee financial risk management, compliance, and coordination with external accounting and tax professionals.
• Provide actionable financial insights to support sustainable growth and operational efficiency.
