iTechtions Inc. is seeking a proactive marketing, sales, and recruiting professional in Austin, TX. You will own real work from week one across marketing, business development, and recruitment, with a clear growth path and mentorship from leadership.

In the first 90 days, you’ll shadow all three functions, launch campaigns, and begin building a candidate pipeline. The role offers a hybrid setup in Austin, with remote consideration within the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Comfort with LinkedIn and reaching out to people

Responsibilities

• Own LinkedIn content calendar: plan, write, publish posts to grow brand presence
• Create email campaigns and marketing collateral for staffing and software sales
• Run market research and competitive analysis on target industries
• Run outbound prospecting sequences using cold outreach, LinkedIn, and industry research
• Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities with the sales team
• Source candidates and manage them from first contact to interview
• Coordinate interviews and keep candidate communication moving quickly
• Keep applicant tracking system accurate and up to date
