Mara Talent Ltd in Austin is expanding its Technology recruitment team with six new consultants. This is a 360 recruitment role with a strong sales focus, where you’ll own your market, win clients and build candidate relationships.

You don’t need years of recruitment experience—driven individuals with the right mindset will succeed. Base salary $45,000–$50,000, increasing to $55,000 after 12 months, plus Year 1 OTE $80,000–$120,000 and uncapped commissions.
