Job summary

Eneba is seeking an experienced marketing leader to own PR, lifecycle marketing and on-site campaigns. You will lead specialists, shape creative direction and collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn ambitious ideas into campaigns with measurable impact.

You’ll own strategy, build a high-performing team, and use customer insights to optimize conversion, retention and revenue while integrating AI and data-driven decision making. This is a flexible, remote-ready leadership role.

Qualifications

• Track record of turning ideas into campaigns with business results.
• Experience building and leading marketing teams, driving accountability.
• Strong creative and commercial judgement with investment decisions.
• Hands-on leadership, staying close to the work.
• Experience aligning multiple channels around a shared campaign and goal.
• Confidence using insights and performance data to improve conversions.
• Solid understanding of CRM and lifecycle marketing.
• Knowledge of PR and earned media. Direct PR experience welcome.
• Experience using AI to improve research, development, testing or productivity.
• Strong English communication and cross-team alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy across PR, lifecycle marketing and on-site campaigns to connect brand trust, engagement and revenue growth.
• Create and lead ambitious campaigns across channels, from first impression to purchase.
• Build business cases with audience, impact, budget, resources and success metrics.
• Identify growth from customer behaviour using funnel data and audience insights to improve conversions.
• Remain hands-on shaping briefs, messages, and creative to strengthen campaigns.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, elevating channels and developing junior talent.
• Align teams around a shared campaign direction with Product, Performance Marketing, Influencers, Partnerships, etc.
• Turn product insights into stories with PR to earn coverage and strengthen Eneba’s reputation.
• Integrate AI into workflows to improve research, creative development, and testing.
• Balance big bets with experiments, using results to decide what to scale or stop.
