Job summary

Eneba Games in the United States seeks an experienced marketing leader to own the connection across PR, lifecycle marketing and on-site campaigns. You will lead specialists who know their channels, bringing a clear creative direction and working with teams to turn ambitious ideas into campaigns with measurable impact.

You'll shape strategy, develop concepts, challenge creative decisions and use customer insights to decide where to invest.

Qualifications

• Track record turning original ideas into successful campaigns backed by data and forecasts.
• Experience building and leading marketing teams, driving results and accountability.
• Strong creative and commercial judgment to pick investments and priorities.
• Hands-on leadership staying close to work to sharpen concepts and briefs.
• Experience coordinating multiple channels around a shared campaign goal.
• Comfort with customer insights, performance data, and experiments to improve conversions.
• Solid understanding of CRM and lifecycle marketing and their impact on engagement and revenue.
• Understanding PR and earned media; direct PR experience is welcome but not essential.
• Practical experience using AI in marketing workflows to improve research, creativity, testing or productivity.
• Strong English communication skills to lead and align teams across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy across PR, lifecycle marketing and on-site campaigns with clear priorities connecting brand, engagement and revenue.
• Create and lead ambitious campaigns and turn concepts into cross-channel experiences from first impression to purchase.
• Build business cases with audience, impact, budget and success measures.
• Identify growth opportunities in customer behavior using funnel data and insights to boost conversions and repeat purchases.
• Stay hands-on with briefs, messaging and visuals to strengthen campaigns.
• Build and lead a high-performing team and develop junior talent into independent owners.
• Align plans with Product, Performance Marketing, Influencers, Partnerships and other teams.
• Translate product insights into compelling stories with PR support to strengthen Eneba's reputation.
• Incorporate AI to improve research, development and testing while maintaining quality.
• Balance large creative bets with ongoing experiments and data-driven decisions.
