Eneba Games is seeking a Head of Influencer Marketing, Affiliate & Partnerships to drive growth across global markets. You will own the strategy, build scalable programs and lead cross-functional teams across Product, Commerce, Engineering and Marketing to unlock sustainable business expansion.

You will shape the operating model, invest in data- and AI-driven experimentation, and manage significant marketing budgets to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of building and scaling high-growth marketing channels.
• Deep expertise in performance marketing, attribution, CAC, LTV and other core growth metrics.
• Deep expertise in influencer marketing, affiliate programs and strategic partnerships.
• Experience growing businesses across multiple international markets.
• Experience defining strategy, building high-performing teams, setting KPIs and leading organizational change.
• Experience managing significant marketing budgets and making high-impact investment decisions.
• Strong commercial mindset, with ability to identify new growth opportunities and turn them into measurable results.
• Data and AI driven, with a passion for experimentation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and strategy for Influencer Marketing, Affiliate and Partnerships, ensuring the function supports Eneba's next stage of growth.
• Identify and unlock new growth opportunities by challenging existing approaches and redefining how we work with influencers, affiliates and strategic partners.
• Design the operating model, playbooks and team structure needed to scale the function.
• Embed experimentation, AI and data-driven decision making into the way the team operates to continuously improve business performance.
• Drive sustainable growth in new markets through influencer marketing, affiliate programs and strategic partnerships.
• Partner with Product, Commerce and Engineering to shape solutions that unlock sustainable business growth.
• Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing team with ambitious standards, strong ownership and a relentless focus on results.
• Stay close to the business and the team, coaching, challenging decisions and removing obstacles to accelerate performance.
