Eleken, a UI/UX design agency, seeks a senior marketing leader to own the marketing direction and link work to revenue. You will manage a small team of SEO/content specialists, set priorities, and drive data-driven decisions while operating remotely from Ukraine.

You will own lead generation through SEO/content, test new channels like webinars and ABM, and report progress directly to the CEO. Flexible hours and full remote work are offered.

Formación

• 5+ years of marketing experience, not necessarily all in a leadership role.
• Experience leading a marketing team and setting direction.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Research mindset to understand product, clients, and market.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and define first steps.
• Experience in B2B/enterprise marketing is a plus.
• Fluent reading/writing English; no direct client-facing talk required.
• Experience with SEO/content marketing as a primary lead channel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the marketing team (SEO, content, SMM) and set priorities.
• Own lead volume and conversion metrics from SEO/content channels.
• Turn open-ended problems into measurable outcomes for the team.
• Research market, clients, competitors, and product to guide decisions.
• Test and roll out new lead generation channels (paid, webinars, ABM).
• Bring in specialists as needed and report progress to the CEO.
