Job summary

Binance is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead localized user acquisition and engagement in Korea. You will plan and execute end-to-end campaigns across online and offline channels, collaborating with Product, Operations, BD, Compliance, Creative, and Regional Marketing to align with local needs.

The role requires a strong track record in growth campaigns, sharp analytics, and cross-functional execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of growth marketing, campaign management, or related roles in tech/fintech/crypto.
• Strong understanding of local market, user behavior, media landscape.
• Proven track record with measurable growth campaign results.
• Strong analytical skills with KPI tracking and data-driven decisions.
• Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Familiarity with performance marketing, CRM, lifecycle campaigns, partnerships.
• Korean language fluency and English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute localized growth strategies and marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention in the local market.
• Plan, manage, and optimize end-to-end campaigns across online and offline channels, including product launches, seasonal promotions, partnerships, and brand initiatives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, BD, Compliance, Creative, and Regional Marketing to ensure campaigns are aligned with business priorities and local market needs.
• Analyze campaign performance and user behavior data to generate actionable insights and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
• Identify market trends, competitor activities, and user preferences in Korea to inform growth opportunities and campaign planning.
• Collaborate with local and regional partners, influencers, communities, and media channels to expand market reach and strengthen brand presence.
• Own campaign calendars, execution timelines, and reporting, ensuring projects are delivered on time and with high quality.
• Support localization of global campaigns and tailor messaging, content, and channel strategy for the local audience.
• Monitor budget allocation and campaign ROI, ensuring efficient use of resources and strong business impact.
• Drive experimentation and test-and-learn initiatives to uncover new scalable growth channels and tactics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, campaign management, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably in tech, fintech, crypto, or internet companies.
• Strong understanding of the local market, including local user behavior, digital trends, media landscape, and cultural nuances.
• Proven track record of planning and executing successful growth or marketing campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and translate insights into strategy.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail and execution ability.
• Familiarity with performance marketing, CRM, lifecycle campaigns, partnerships, and community-led growth is a plus.
• Knowledge of the crypto/Web3 industry is highly preferred.
• Fluency in Korean and professional proficiency in English required to collaborate with global stakeholders.
