Job summary

Binance is seeking a seasoned Social Media Content Manager in the United States to lead local content strategy, adapt global campaigns, and grow the brand's presence across platforms. You will work with Growth, Community, PR, Product, and Compliance to craft locally relevant content, manage calendars, and analyze performance to inform future initiatives.

A strong background in fintech or Web3, Korean writing with English fluency, and a proven ability to translate complex topics into engaging

Qualifications

• Strong Korean writing with professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years in social media, content marketing, editorial, or digital marketing roles.
• Experience managing brand social channels with measurable results.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and performance metrics across social and content channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Binance social media and content strategy to drive brand awareness, user engagement, and community growth.
• Manage Binance local social media channels, ensuring content is timely, relevant, and aligned with brand tone and business priorities.
• Create, localize, edit, and publish high-quality content across social platforms, blogs, campaigns, and other digital channels for the local market.
• Work closely with global and regional marketing teams to adapt global campaigns, product launches, and key announcements for local audiences.
• Plan and maintain a local content calendar, ensuring consistent messaging and effective campaign execution.
• Monitor social media trends and local conversations to identify content opportunities.
• Collaborate with Growth, Community, PR, Product, and Compliance to ensure content is accurate and locally relevant.
• Support campaign ideation with storytelling and creative content tailored to local users.
• Track, analyze, and report on content and social media performance to optimize future strategy.
• Manage relationships with local creators, agencies, media partners, and influencers.

• Manage relationships with local creators, agencies, media partners, and influencers where relevant to amplify reach and engagement.
• Ensure all content complies with internal guidelines and local regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, editorial, or digital marketing roles, preferably in tech, fintech, crypto, or internet companies.
• Deep understanding of the local social media landscape, digital culture, and content consumption trends.
• Proven experience managing brand social channels and producing engaging content with measurable results.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills in Korean, with professional proficiency in English.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging, and audience-friendly content.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and performance metrics across social and content channels.
• Experience in crypto, blockchain, fintech, or Web3 is highly preferred.
• Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and highly collaborative.
