Job summary

Fivetran seeks a strategic, results-oriented Organic Growth Lead to drive our acquisition strategy across traditional search engines and AI/LLM platforms. You will shape the vision, strategy, and operating model to boost organic visibility, discoverability, and pipeline through content creation across owned and earned channels.

You will partner with creative, product marketing, web, PR, and brand teams to identify content gaps, set investment priorities, and win across a complex discovery

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to drive organic growth and pipeline via content-led strategies.
• Hands-on experience with AEO/SEO tools such as Conductor and Profound to inform strategy.
• Experience managing an external agency relationship and driving results.

Responsibilities

• Own our content-led AEO/SEO strategy, defining prompts, topics, formats, and ecosystems.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact content opportunities across product areas.
• Map and optimize presence across the LLM-ed content ecosystem (YouTube, Reddit, reviews).
• Design and execute a comprehensive off-page strategy (links, digital PR, authority-building).
• Own technical execution—site architecture, crawlability, structured data, performance with web teams.
• Build new and repurpose content workflows leveraging AI to scale.
• Lead the agency relationship, briefing and ensuring high-quality output.
• Evaluate emerging trends in search, AI, and digital discovery for strategic opportunities.
• Track and report on organic performance (SEO and AEO) with leadership.
