Job summary

OneStream Software seeks a highly experienced content architect and conversion strategist to own web content, IA, personalization, and the buyer journey. You will lead end-to-end web projects and partner with Marketing, SEO, and Product Marketing to ensure a cohesive, data-driven digital experience.

You will own messaging continuity across web content, landing pages, and campaigns, and define form strategy with progressive profiling to capture the right visitor data while reducing friction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications or Business.
• 7+ years in B2B SaaS web, content, or digital marketing strategy.
• Proven organic growth and ability to defend results to executives.
• Proven ownership of complex web & content strategy projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide IA strategy and direction to Web Operations and the Development team.
• Set website content strategy: taxonomy, structure, story, and buyer-stage alignment.
• Lead end-to-end web projects: new site sections, hubs, launch experiences.
• Partner with Product Marketing to translate positioning into digital experiences.
• Establish web writing standards, briefs, and CMS guidelines.
• Define web governance and page lifecycle management.
• Shape navigation and internal linking for findability across users and AI systems.
• Own messaging continuity across web content, paid landing pages, chat copy, and campaigns.
• Audit the full digital journey and drive fixes to close gaps.
