Compass is seeking a Strategic Growth Manager to drive net-new revenue across company-owned brokerages. You will partner with top real estate agents—CEOs of their own businesses—and influence them to grow with us, in a high-autonomy, high-impact environment.
You will build pipelines, articulate Compass value, and collaborate across leadership and cross-functional teams to accelerate growth in your market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven success in a quota-carrying role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-starter with strong judgment.
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Track record of high performance.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic growth by identifying, engaging, and structuring deals with top-performing real estate agents and teams, expanding our presence within your market.
- Position our value proposition including technology, marketing, culture, and growth platform.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline with a consultative and relationship-driven process.
- Develop deep market expertise and maintain a strong local presence.
- Collaborate with leadership, agents, and cross-functional teams.
