• Strong commercial judgment with ability to connect market strategy, capital, infrastructure and value creation.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth strategy aligned with TerraHash Energy’s priorities across energy, infrastructure and digital platform.
• Translate market opportunities into strategic partnerships, commercial pathways and scalable growth initiatives.
• Create a repeatable framework for identifying, evaluating and advancing high-value growth opportunities.
• Develop relationships with utilities, infrastructure operators, technology partners, capital providers and major commercial counterparties.
• Identify and advance partnership structures, joint ventures and strategic alliances.
• Work with development, operations and finance leadership to align commercial growth with project execution capacity.
• Build market intelligence, pipeline reporting and growth KPIs that support disciplined decision-making.
• Represent TerraHash Energy in selected industry, partner and strategic development settings.
