Okta is seeking a Director of Global GTM Recruiting to define and drive the talent acquisition strategy for its worldwide GTM organization, including Sales and Customer Solutions. You will lead a high-performing, AI-enabled recruiting team across Americas, EMEA, and APJ, partnering with the CRO and senior GTM leaders to forecast headcount and deliver high-quality hires at scale.
