Job summary

SkillCat is looking for a highly entrepreneurial Head of Growth to own and scale the next wave of customer growth for America’s skilled trades learners. This hands-on role requires strategic thinking, rapid execution, and a willingness to launch experiments across channels.

You'll own growth experiments, analytics, SEO/AEO, social and creator distribution, earned media, and conversion optimization while focusing on organic growth over paid media. Fully remote.

Qualifications

• Have grown a consumer product, audience, brand, or community
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable digging into funnels and experiment results
• Experience with SEO and AEO and outside-expert collaboration
• Bias toward action; willing to roll up sleeves and deliver
• Curious about new channels, tools, trends, and growth opportunities

Responsibilities

• Own growth across experimentation, analytics, SEO/AEO, social and creator distribution, earned media, and conversion.
• Build organic growth engines across major platforms and emerging channels without relying primarily on paid media.
• Find stories worth talking about; build relationships with creators, journalists, communities, and partners.
• Measure experiments, identify bottlenecks in the funnel, and turn data into action.
• Own the strategy for discovery across search platforms and coordinate with external experts.
