Job summary

Smalls is a premium DTC cat food and lifestyle brand seeking a Growth Creative Strategist to own the learning system behind growth creative and drive insights across ads, landing pages, lifecycle journeys, and site experience. The role partners with brand and product to scale learnings at the company level.

You’ll be the bridge between Growth, Brand, and Product, translating insights into actionable recommendations, and you’ll lead with patterns, data, and brand sensitivity in a fully remote US

Qualifications

• 8+ years in creative strategy, performance creative, or growth marketing in a brand-driven org.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative learning system: connect channels and surface learnings across the business.
• Build and scale the production engine for creatives across Meta and growth channels.
• Translate learnings into site, landing page, and packaging recommendations with product and brand teams.
• Maintain the brand-led messaging architecture and decide what to test next.
