Job summary

WorldVia Travel Network is seeking a dynamic Business Growth Manager to accelerate growth of our independent travel agents through onboarding, training, and performance support. You will coach agents, optimize tool adoption, monitor sales, and implement retention strategies to boost engagement and earnings.

You will build relationships across departments, analyze KPIs, report to senior management, and ensure alignment with business goals while delivering measurable improvements in agent success

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• 3–5 years of travel industry sales, account management, or related role.
• Proven track record of driving growth and achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the travel agency business model and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate others.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Execute onboarding programs for new travel agents.
• Provide coaching and live training and webinars for agents.
• Monitor travel sales production and boost performance.
• Identify areas for improvement and provide targeted coaching.
• Ensure agents proficient in WorldVia toolset and train on new tools.
• Build strong relationships with agents and groups.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned agents.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Develop retention programs and measure satisfaction.
• Generate reports on agent performance and tool adoption.
