Job summary

WorldVia is seeking a Senior Manager of Agency Development in the United States to lead the Agency Development function and translate strategy into scalable programs. The role partners with the Director to drive recruiting, onboarding, member success, and growth initiatives, owning KPIs across advisor growth, retention, and satisfaction.

You will manage team leads and specialists, build scalable processes, and oversee CRM systems such as HubSpot.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• 5-8 years in the travel industry, including account management, member success, or growth.
• 2+ years of experience directly managing or developing team members.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agency Development team and programs, coaching and career growth.
• Translate strategic priorities into structured plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Own performance reporting and KPI tracking across the department.
