Job summary

WorldVia seeks a Senior Manager of Agency Development to lead a growing team and shape end-to-end programs across recruiting, onboarding, member success, and growth. You will manage team leads, drive cross-functional initiatives, and own reporting and processes to scale advisor engagement and retention.

The role requires 5–8 years in travel, strong CRM and analytics proficiency, and exceptional communication skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
• 5-8 years in travel industry, including account mgmt, member success, or growth roles
• 2+ years directly managing team members
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
• Deep understanding of travel agency business model and host agency operations
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and reporting/analytics
• Strong executive presence and communication skills
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and handling multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop Agency Development team members with coaching and career growth
• Lead end-to-end cross-functional initiatives across Expansion, Member Success, Booking Support, and Growth
• Own performance reporting and KPI tracking with structured goal-setting
• Oversee CRM optimization and dashboards to scale visibility and efficiency
• Build scalable onboarding, training, and advisor lifecycle programs
• Represent Agency Development in cross-departmental collaborations with Marketing, Finance, and Product
• Serve as escalation point for complex member situations with policy and risk balance
• Support recruiting and expansion efforts through messaging, onboarding experiences
