Qualifications

• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in evolving environments

Responsibilities

• Own integrated growth strategy across sales, marketing, and communications with data-driven priorities
• Lead fundraising strategy and manage a diversified funding pipeline with funders and donors
• Lead and grow the sales team, enable marketing and communications, and build a unified growth culture
• Produce board-ready materials and align cross-functional teams around feedback loops and roadmaps
