Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Client Solutions Experience Manager in Merchant Services Commercial Adoption & Expansion to drive structured client conversions and accelerate adoption across product lines.

You’ll lead end-to-end pilots, onboard clients, and coordinate cross-functional delivery to ensure scalable, revenue-generating outcomes. You’ll translate pilot performance into executive-ready narratives and dashboards, while managing risks and ensuring GA readiness and ongoing expansion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management, performance optimization, or related leadership.
• Experience delivering operational effectiveness initiatives.
• Ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs with many stakeholders.
• Strong PM disciplines: planning, governance, risk management, tracking.
• Experience in product development life cycle and agile methods.
• Ability to define and manage delivery frameworks and stage gates.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Influence senior stakeholders across Product, Tech, Sales, and Commercial teams.
• Excellent, executive-ready communication and updates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery across products to meet business objectives and reporting plans.
• Support training, maturation, assessments, and continuous improvement.
• Own end-to-end pilot lifecycle from readiness to GA, managing scope and milestones.
• Establish pilot governance with stage gates, go/no-go, risks, and escalation.
• Maintain project hygiene with plans, RAID logs, and risk reporting.
• Implement product-level collection strategy with controls, finances, and staffing.
• Adapt product-line framework for cross-product priorities and trade-offs.
• Drive cross-functional delivery with Product, Tech, Sales, and Commercial teams.
• Define pilots’ metrics, build dashboards, and translate data into insights.
• Scale pilots into growth by aligning with client profiles and revenue goals.
• Partner on pipeline conversion, pricing, and repeatable GTM motions.
