Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Client Solutions Experience Manager in Merchant Services Commercial Adoption & Expansion. You will lead end-to-end pilot delivery, govern programs, and drive scaled revenue through data-driven decisions and cross-functional collaboration.

You will own pilot readiness, onboarding, conversion, and cross-functional delivery across Product, Technology, Sales, and Commercialization to achieve measurable growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent in program management, performance optimization, or product delivery.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong experience with program governance, risk management, and execution tracking.
• Proven ability to operate within the product development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with experience delivering executive-ready updates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reporting and communications plans for portfolio management operations and change initiatives across products.
• Support training, maturation, needs assessments, and continuous improvement practices to enable efficiency.
• Own end-to-end pilot lifecycle from readiness to GA decisioning across concurrent pilots/workstreams.
• Establish and run pilot governance with stage gates, go/no-go decisions, and risk thresholds.
