Job summary

Pharmavite is seeking a Manager of Analytics to lead customer analytics and insights for the Target business, transforming data into strategic recommendations to grow Target and Target.com.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Insights to influence customer strategy through advanced analytics, planning, and thought leadership. This role requires 3+ years in account management or buying/planning in CPG, with strong data visualization and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Requires a four year college degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years in account management, or buying/planning in CPG, with Target experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports Target and Target.com business across Nature Made, MegaFood and Women’s Health brands.
• Provides day-to-day business management support including digital sales, digital penetration and JBP inputs.
• Develops and maintains relationships with Target personnel and brokers to support planning and execution.
• Develops customer objectives and business plans with the Target Director to align brand and Target strategies.
• Collaborates on promotional planning, pricing strategy, and trade forecasting.
• Provides regular customer sales reporting, ad-hoc reporting, and price surveys.
• Shares insights to inform Target account decisions across cross-functional partners.
