Warner Bros. Discovery Global Experiences is seeking a highly analytical Manager, Growth Insights & Performance to serve as the central source of truth for performance across the Americas portfolio, including owned and operated experiences, retail, new openings and priority licensed partners.

The Manager will aggregate and interpret ticket sales, attendance, revenue, booking pace, guest behavior and marketing performance; establish consistent metrics and reporting requirements; and turn insight

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of analytics, growth and revenue management experience.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong KPI definition and cross-functional governance.
• Advanced Excel and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker); SQL knowledge preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Establish a trusted view of ticket sales, attendance, revenue and marketing effectiveness.
• Define KPI hierarchy, data definitions and reporting requirements.
• Develop daily to seasonal performance reporting and identify trends.
• Lead the weekly Growth War Room with cross-functional teams.
• Translate analysis into recommended actions and track outcomes.
• Support annual planning with objective analysis and clear recommendations.
• Ensure measurement, tagging, and privacy compliance.
