Job summary

Verkada is seeking a Sales Strategy and Operations leader in San Mateo to drive insights, operations, and strategy for the sales organization. You will work as a high-impact contributor, leading initiatives from ideation to analytics and influencing cross-functional teams.

You will partner with sales leaders to operationalize strategy daily, build analytical tools, and translate data into actions that improve bookings and efficiency. This role requires onsite work five days a week.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of professional experience in strategy, operations, or consulting.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus.
• Onsite in San Mateo, CA five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales leaders to develop strategy and operational processes.
• Build analytical tools to help the sales team sell more effectively.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive workflow improvements.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from ideation to analytics.
• Communicate insights to Marketing, Product, Finance.
