Job summary

Bitpanda is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to drive data‑driven decision making across product, finance, operations and engineering. You will collect, analyze and translate metrics that scale to millions of users globally, building dashboards and data models that power growth.

You’ll partner with Finance, Product and Operations to identify reporting needs, enable analysts, and contribute to our self‑service BI platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional BI or analytics experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Business Informatics, Math or similar preferred.
• Experience with BI tools and data modelling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance, Product and Ops to identify reporting needs.
• Enable analysts and streamline dashboard creation across the org.
• Contribute to self‑service BI design and data modeling.
• Unify BI, data engineering and stakeholders to build datasets.
• Ensure high data quality in core data layer via SQL/dbt.
