Job summary

Plymouth Rock Assurance is seeking an analytics-focused professional to provide analytical support to the Independent Agent Channel Marketing Department. The role will design, develop, and maintain reporting, perform data analysis, and deliver actionable insights to drive business performance and growth.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, and IT teams to track KPIs, analyze quoting and sales trends across agents, and optimize agent incentives and vendor strategies using data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical discipline.
• Experience in insurance, marketing analytics, or product management preferred.
• Strong SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and IT.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven insights.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support KPI tracking, reporting, and performance oversight for Marketing Agency Distribution & Field Operations.
• Analyze quoting and sales trends across agents to identify risks, gaps, and growth opportunities.
• Monitor agency compensation structures and recommend enhancements to incentive programs.
• Use AI and analytical tools to evaluate agent performance and propose data-driven improvements.
• Evaluate comparative rater vendors, configurations, and workflow changes.
• Design and conduct A/B tests to optimize quote flow and user experience.
• Support strategies for rating and coverage updates and identify new vendor opportunities.
