Job summary

Plymouth Rock Assurance is seeking a Digital Communications Coordinator to drive email communications and support agent-facing platforms. You will own email production, QA, and performance analysis while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize engagement with independent agents.

The role also covers managing agent-focused social channels, maintaining content across marketing hubs, and leading special projects with measurable impact. Boston-based, hybrid options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–2 years of relevant experience; internship or academic project in email marketing or social media is a plus.
• Hands-on experience building/formatting emails in an ESP (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar).
• Experience in scheduling and posting to social media platforms (organic content, community management) is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple sends/posts and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Email Production & Analysis: Build and format email campaigns, ensure QA, schedule and deploy, analyze performance, and run A/B tests.
• Social Media Strategy & Execution: Manage agent-facing LinkedIn and Facebook pages, publish content per calendar, monitor and respond to inquiries, analyze performance.
• Content Management: Maintain content across agent-facing platforms and marketing materials with stakeholders.
• Special Projects & Cross-Functional Support: Serve as primary point person for partners; manage defined projects from strategy to execution and evaluation.
• Competitive Analysis & Best Practices: Conduct competitive analyses and maintain internal digital communications guidance and style.
