Job summary
Plymouth Rock Assurance is seeking a Senior Analyst to support the Partner distribution channel through comparative rater optimization, competitive intelligence, performance analytics, and business insights. This role collaborates with Product, Underwriting, Marketing, IT, and vendor partners to monitor rater performance and deliver data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience in insurance analytics or BI roles.
- Strong understanding of personal lines insurance pricing and distribution.
- Proficiency with comparative rating platforms is a plus.
- Advanced Excel and large data set handling.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize comparative rater performance across platforms.
- Develop dashboards and KPI tracking for partner distribution.
- Produce competitive intelligence reports and executive summaries.
- Collaborate with IT, Product, Marketing, and Underwriting.
- Support platform implementations and QA testing.
- Translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
