DM Injury Law is seeking a highly analytical Digital Growth Analyst to join our marketing team in Kansas City. You’ll own campaigns across paid media, SEO, and AI-enabled search while building dashboards that translate data into clear insights.

You’ll test ideas, measure impact, and collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue from leads and cases. This in-office role offers growth and hands-on ownership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with large data sets and identifying patterns.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Interest in digital advertising, search engines, AI.
• Willing to learn new platforms quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, ChatGPT and emerging platforms.
• Monitor budgets, pacing, lead volume, cost per lead and ROI.
• Analyze performance by campaign, market, audience, keyword and landing page.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale high-performing campaigns.
• Build and evaluate A/B tests across creative, targeting and landing pages.
• Present findings and recommendations to marketing leadership.
