Job summary

K1 Speed is seeking a Marketing & Growth Manager to lead the Kansas City market’s marketing efforts from the Lee’s Summit location. The role focuses on paid advertising, social content, and data-driven campaigns to drive race bookings and group events.

The candidate will own content creation, email marketing, and local media relations, partnering with ownership to scale growth across channels and events. Strong independence and results-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Five years of professional marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Proven experience with paid advertising and budget management.
• Portfolio with content, advertising, email, or campaign work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and growth strategy to increase traffic, repeat visits, and revenue.
• Plan, film, edit, and publish engaging social media and advertising content for both locations.
• Manage local social media accounts, content calendars, posting schedules, and performance tracking.
• Develop and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Manage marketing budget and allocate funds across digital and traditional channels.
• Cultivate relationships with local businesses, schools, and partners for campaigns and events.
• Track marketing expenses, website traffic, leads, bookings, and revenue and report to ownership.
