Job summary

Figure Lending in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a data analytics professional to shape the borrower journey and growth strategy. You will design robust data models, maintain clean acquisition data, and build monitoring for the loan funnel to drive improvements from lead to funded loan, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.

Proficiency in SQL (BigQuery), Tableau, and dbt is required, as is experience with survival analysis and causal inference to evaluate time-to-repayment and conversion

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience using data to drive measurable business impact in Growth, Product Analytics, or Marketing Science.
• Strong SQL skills with BigQuery, including complex joins and window functions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust data models that convert marketing spend and event logs into structured datasets.
• Maintain clean, organized product and acquisition data for cross-functional use.
• Build and scale monitoring for the loan application funnel to identify friction and improve conversions.
• Enhance analytics with BigQuery SQL and Tableau dashboards to track KPIs like CAC, approval rates, and origination volume.
• Partner with Product and Marketing to plan, run, and analyze A/B tests for landing page optimization and credit offer presentation.
• Turn complex user behavior into automated insights that support growth and product-market fit.
