Docplanner Group is seeking an AI Project Manager in Growth Marketing B2B to identify, test and scale AI tools that accelerate the marketing machine across markets. You’ll own end-to-end initiatives from ideation to a setup that runs autonomously and drives measurable business results.

You will pilot AI agents, automate reporting, and build playbooks that other markets can adopt. Your hands-on approach and strong stakeholder skills will help scale AI across our global marketing teams.

Competenze

• 3+ years managing projects in marketing, growth, marketing operations or a similar area, with at least 1 year focused on AI/automation.
• AI projects you owned that delivered measurable results, with clear numbers.
• Daily hands-on use of AI tools to research, write and automate.
• Experience building AI agents or automations with no-code/low-code tools.
• Understanding prompting, limits and risks of LLMs.
• Strong analytical skills: set KPIs, read data, make decisions.
• Experience running pilots and scaling them across teams/markets.
• Proactive, structured, and able to work without direct instructions.
• Challenging assumptions about AI where appropriate.
• Collaborates with many stakeholders including senior leaders.
• Fluent English.

• Own the outcome: set goals, KPIs, plan, budget and timeline for each AI project.
• Identify AI use cases with clear business value for marketing.
• Run pilots with local teams, decide on scaling based on data.
• Build hands-on: configure tools, write prompts, create agents and automations.
• Evaluate AI vendors with IT, Legal and Security stakeholders.
• Create playbooks and training so markets can adopt solutions.
• Share learnings via demos and enablement sessions.
• Report results in business terms (MQLs, contact rate, meetings, hours saved).
