Job summary

Rack Room Shoes seeks a Sr. Manager, Growth & Acquisition to architect and execute the overarching Paid Media vision. You’ll lead a team of specialists, guiding full-funnel strategy, conversion-focused optimization, and omnichannel expansion across Google and beyond.

You’ll bridge brand awareness and performance, owning the conversion ecosystem while partnering with cross-functional teams to craft impactful creatives and content that boost online presence with efficiency-driven growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital media / paid media with hands-on ownership.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe.
• Experience using third-party product feed management tools.
• Retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead omnichannel strategy and Google leadership for full-funnel growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Social, Search, and Affiliate.
• Own budgeting, attribution, and reporting for end-to-end efficiency.
• Architect and mentor a team executing advanced paid media strategies.
