Qualifications

• Perform basic math accurately.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment by prioritizing safety.
• Lead and develop employees to deliver superior customer service.
• Manage store operations and paperwork as back-up to Store Manager.
• Ring up sales, handle cash and payments accurately.
• Maintain inventory and organize store for fast, professional service.
• Assist with staffing and scheduling within budget.
• Ensure a welcoming store environment and promote loyalty programs.
• Report safety incidents and comply with policies.
