The successful candidate will bring 3+ years of fertility agronomic sales, a related degree with CCA certification preferred, and a proven ability to work independently or in a team to meet objectives and promote

Qualifications

• 3+ years of fertility agronomic sales experience.
• Current book of business is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in an agricultural related field preferred; CCA certificate valued.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate, build, and maintain long-term relationships with farmers and growers to create and promote repeat business.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, networking and research.
• Attend and promote products at trade shows and conferences.
• Make fertilizer and fertility recommendations to growers and farmers.
• Develop and execute sales plans to meet territory goals.
• Prepare sales presentations, contracts and proposals to ensure successful transactions.
• Forecast supply requirements.
• Perform agronomic duties independently.
• Keep up to date on all agronomy services and technology.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
