Job summary

gpac is seeking a Territory Sales professional for our agronomy portfolio in Pennsylvania. You will provide growers with expert fertilizer and chemical recommendations, and build long-term relationships to drive repeat business.

Collaborate with fellow agronomists, deliver sales proposals and contracts, and forecast monthly and annual supply needs. Stay current on agronomy trends and precision technology while performing a wide range of duties with independence and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of agronomy-related experience (preferred).
• Degree in Agronomy/Agriculture or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide growers with expert fertilizer, and chemical recommendations.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with fellow agronomists to meet customer and company goals.
• Deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts that lead to results.
