You will collaborate with agronomists, deliver compelling proposals, forecast monthly and annual supply needs, and stay updated on agronomy trends and precision technologies to meet company goals with professionalism.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of agronomy-related experience (preferred).
• Degree in Agronomy/Agriculture or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide growers with expert fertilizer, and chemical recommendations.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with fellow agronomists to meet customer and company goals.
• Deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts that lead to results.
• Accurately forecast supply needs on both monthly and annual levels.
• Stay current on agronomy trends, products, and precision technology.
• Perform a wide range of agronomic duties with independence and professionalism.
