Job summary

Stripe, Inc. is seeking a Grower Account Executive on the EMEA Startups team to drive growth through account expansion and client retention. You will advise SaaS businesses on optimising operations with Stripe solutions and help clients realise a competitive edge.

You will work with cross-functional teams across Product, Risk, and Operations to move projects through activation and adoption, expanding the user base and optimising renewals.

Qualifications

• You are a curious, well-rounded strategic seller who builds relationships with Stripe's clients in this key segment.
• You are solution-oriented and adaptable, with a drive to get things done.
• 4+ years of experience in a client-facing or closing sales role.
• Ability to understand complex technical ecosystems and manage complex sales cycles.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and cultivate a named list of existing user accounts, while crafting account plans to expand business and retain clients.
• Understand users' pain points and Stripe's value for SaaS platform clients, proposing tailored solutions.
• Guide clients through evaluations of Stripe solutions for SaaS, coordinating with Product, Risk and Operations.
• Develop and execute programs that deepen product adoption and maximize utilization.
• Foster executive relationships with stakeholders to drive retention and expansion.
