Job summary

Howmet Aerospace Inc. seeks an Environment, Health, & Safety (EHS) Professional for its Dover, NJ on-site location. The role supports the EHS Professional Development Program designed for recent graduates in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Fire Protection, or Environmental Science.

Participants will work under a mentor for 12–18 months, learning EHS management systems and how to drive site safety performance. Relocation to a designated US location is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health, Safety or Fire Protection Engineering or related field.
• Ability to relocate to designated US location for 12–18 months.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and implementation of EHS policy and procedures focusing on prevention and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct and document EHS self-assessments and trainings.
• Collaborate with site teams to drive EHS performance and culture.
