Job summary

Howmet Aerospace invites graduates to join its EHS Development Program, designed to provide challenging professional-level assignments in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Fire Protection or Environmental Science. Participants will be mentored for 12–18 months at a designated US location, gaining exposure to EHS management systems and a path to future roles within Howmet.

Relocation within 12–18 months is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental, Health, Safety or Fire Protection Engineering.
• Strong learning orientation and initiative.
• Ability to relocate within 12–18 months.
• Ability to interface with all levels of employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and implementation of EHS policy and procedures.
• Conduct and complete assessments, develop procedures and training.
• Conduct, document and resolve EHS self-assessments.
• Learn Howmet EHS Management Systems.
